Product Description
The Lenti-LabelerTM construct expresses Luciferase from the EF1α promoter, which delivers moderate expression in most cell types (including primary and stem cells), and co-expresses the selection marker in vitro prior to in vivo use.
The use of SBI's pPACKH1 and TransDux MAX Transduction Reagent is recommended to achieve optimal virus titers and infection of target cells.
